ClubEcoPlus reserves the right to cancel any order and to correct any errors, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Membership Conditions and Regulations
Acceptance of membership constitutes an agreement to comply with all Website terms of use and regulations. Website terms of use and regulations can be amended without notice to the member.
ClubEcoPlus reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant.
Membership is revocable by ClubEcoPlus without cause at any time.
Membership is available to qualifying individuals 18 years of age or older.
Membership is non-transferable and can only to be used by the individuals to whom it been issued.
Membership must be renewed annually.
Membership fee is $ 20 per 12-month period from the date of enrollment and is non-refundable.
Membership renewal is for a 12-month period based on the month of initial enrollment.
All membership fees are subject to appropriate taxes.
Shipping
ClubEcoPlus.com offers shipping in Canada and United-States. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes and to a few geographic areas. Should your address fall outside normal delivery areas, you will be contacted and informed of any additional shipping charges.
If you order more than one item
Your shipping rate is automatically adjusted to your entire order's weight.
Shipping Methods
Most merchandise are delivered by carriers such as Canada Post, USPS and FedEx. These companies deliver your merchandise to your door.
The delivery time-frame may vary from 5 to 21 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number to track where your order is after it leaves our warehouse. You may also view your Order Status by logging into your online account and clicking My Orders.
Verification
Our distribution center can make some verification before shipping your order. Transport charges are not refundable, except for delivery error.
Returning products
Your satisfaction is important to ClubEcoPlus. If the product have a defect or a problem, you can ask to exchange or return it by following these conditions:
Your request must be made within the 30 following days of the reception or your order.
The product must be returned in the same condition as it has been shipped and including it's undamaged original packing material, bearing no sign of usage,
with all its accessories and documentation like the instruction manual, leaflet and the warranty card.
No return will be accepted without an authorization number.
You must fill and send the following form: Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on all taxable transactions in accordance with all applicable laws.
